Emmy wrote 9-5 while working a full-time, remote job – burning out autistic-style, feeling like their job and life were meaningless and worthless.
Having always found joy in the absurd, the artist began to consider the humour that a parade of animals outside their window – the view from their desk – would offer. Would Emmy join their procession? Or would the observation feel like just another item on their long to do list?
